Created by Chef Seth Stowaway (formerly of Michelin-starred Osito, Bar Agricole, and Mister Jiu’s) and pastry chef Gabrielle Pabonan (formerly of The French Laundry, Osito, and Tartine), Lore channels a shared instinct for intimacy, craft, and slow revelation. Each week, the salon unfolds as a single, deliberate experience: fire meeting finesse, flavor meeting restraint, memory meeting myth.
